I read Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer on

I listened to this book on based on the review by Tom MacWright. I agree on most of his critique, specifically as it pertains to the role of food and ethics in our lives and the specific criticism Foer levels at Michael Pollan’s Omnivore’s Dilemma.

My only addition is that, while I am completely on board with the message of the book, I found the presentation (at least in audiobook format) to be jumbled and confusing. I might pick up a physical copy just to have for reference and to make sure I picked out the meat of Foer’s arguments.
